Your journey starts here.Job Summary The Tour Delivery Manager is responsible for developing and managing regional tour manager teams to deliver an excellent on-tour experience. Focusing on recruitment, training, development, and working in collaboration with the product team to ensure the achievement of Collette brand standards. Tour Manager performance is the #1 driver of the excellence of the on-tour experience; we aspire to have the best Tour Managers in the industry.Primary Functions Training and team development : Continue to evolve training strategy by drawing on individual and team needs through a variety of training models and on-the-road coaching and training. Conduct tour prep and briefing for new and existing tour managers. Assist in the resolution of issues for Tour Managers on the road when necessary.Performance management : Manage each member of the team to achieve established metrics tied to customer feedback through our quality management tool. Identify training opportunities and resources.Support product design and marketing initiatives : Through the input and efforts of the regional team, support tour enhancements and marketing content.Collaborate across the organization : Improve operational processes and efficiencies to support tour managers on the road, product enhancements, and new product development, and emergency services protocols.Travel : This position requires some travel (estimated 4 tours per year).Knowledge and Skills 3-5 years of industry experience or management experience required.Bachelor's degree preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.Ability to engage with and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.Pay range: €55,000#J-18808-Ljbffr
