Tour Coordinator

Our tour company is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Colosseum Coordinator.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of tourists and guides, ensuring that visits start on time, and providing tickets to the guides.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the flow of tourists and guides in and out of the ColosseumEnsure that visits start on time and run smoothlyProvide tickets to guides and assist with any issues that arise during the visitMaintain excellent communication with both tourists and guidesEnsure that all safety protocols are followedQualifications:Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills and ability to work well with othersAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyFluent in English (mandatory)Previous experience in tourism or event coordination is preferredIf you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
