Tour Coordinator

Crown Tours is a Tour Operator founded in Rome for several years now.
We have decided to travel to offer guided tours in one of the most beautiful European capitals, Barcelona.
Our company takes care of organizing guided tours to allow our clients to travel with peace of mind; we handle everything so they can simply enjoy the beauty around them.
A standard day for a Crown Tour coordinator begins with organization before the arrival of the first clients.
Different responsibilities are assigned for the rest of the day: creating check-ins where clients register before the tour, organizing radios based on the groups planned throughout the day, and accompanying groups departing for the tour under the best conditions.
Once that is done, we also need to prepare tickets for the following day, contact clients who are unable to come or have organizational issues.
We work five days a week and eight hours a day, with two days off.
Skills: Knowing how to work in a group must be a strong point.
Dynamic, you will be able to react quickly to the day's obstacles, acting with time management and prioritization.
Volunteer, you will not hesitate to perform all tasks of the day with versatility.
Smiling, cordial, and available, you will know how to behave according to the people who come to you while responding to their requests.
We use digital tools daily to perform required tasks, so we expect a certain adaptability to them.
Good command of English is desired.
The practice of other languages is a highly appreciated bonus for our company.
