What You Will Do Benefits: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance international benefits offerings, ensuring Cint remains an employer of choice.Support new benefits initiatives, working closely with regional and global teams to execute seamless rollouts.Maintain a global benefits dashboard to track costs, billing, usage and the employee experience.Compensation: Conduct compensation analytics to identify trends, address potential pay equity concerns, and support decision-making.Assist with the annual compensation review process, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Evaluate new roles and maintain the integrity of our internal job catalogue to ensure accurate job classifications.Employee Experience: Lead the development of communication strategies for employees and managers regarding total rewards, including benefits roadshows and awareness sessions.Create engaging materials such as benefits guides, policy summaries, and online content to enhance the understanding of rewards programs.Ensure total rewards communication is relevant, clear, and aligned with the needs of diverse audiences.Ideal Candidate Profile: You possess a talent for identifying patterns in data and translating those insights into actionable strategies.A proactive self-starter, you excel at identifying process gaps and taking initiative to elevate the employee experience.You approach challenges with a stakeholder-first mindset, tailoring content and solutions to meet diverse needs.Comfortable with shifting priorities, you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.You are resourceful, a natural problem solver, and can balance multiple projects with ease.
