Contacto con el equipo de ingenieros del Reino Unido para la elaboración de informes de aquellos casos más relevantes.
Seguimiento de la información extraída de los cuestionarios realizados a los clientes y concesionarios.
Imprescindible español fluido.
Carnet de conducir vigente.
Preferible estudios en Ingeniería mecánica.
Nivel de inglés muy alto.
Conocimiento de Office alto.
Conocimientos técnicos de vehículos.
ENGLISH Support several activities to improve the quality of Nissan vehicles in the market, analyzing the incoming information, contacting the dealers to confirm the details of the quality incidents and their possible causes.
Interact with the departments of factory and design quality to understand the necessary information prior to an investigation in the territory.
Prepare monthly lists of priority incidents for all members of the department of engineers in the territory of Europe.
Assistance to the quality department in the industrial vehicle market, analyzing the daily incidents, capturing parts and requesting all the necessary information according to the priority lists of each model.
Fluent Spanish mandatory.
Driving license.
Preferable studies in Mechanical Engineering.
Essential level of English appropriate to attend video conferences and phone calls in this language.
High computer skills of Excel: dynamic tables.
