In this role, you will take on responsibility from day one, having the opportunity to communicate and interact with personnel at all levels and across multiple business units/organizations. You will create and develop a customer support environment based on confidence, quality, and proactivity in service care that enables long-term service relationships.
What you will do:You will manage a TOP customer accounts portfolio to bring them to a best-of-breed quality experience.You will support the entire customer life-cycle: from the on-boarding to the end of service.You will support the resolving of customers' claims and requests, even anticipating them.You will coordinate the involvement of other teams if necessary to overcome customer's needs and complaints.You will support key account managers and sales force in preparing offers/renovations.You will be creating customer and service reports.What you bring & who you are:You have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in similar positions.You have experience using Salesforce.You have good knowledge of the operational and billing process for all types of tariffs on the Spanish market.You have process knowledge of support functions and the ability to draw insights and propose improvements.You are a problem solver with strong communication and organization skills.You are bilingual Spanish-Portuguese.Our offer:Lunch vouchers.Health insurance.Yearly variable bonus.90% discount on the nearby gym.Hybrid working model.23 days of holidays.Language lessons.What we offer:Fit for the future: We're among the best in power trading.
