The Selective Beauty business at Circana works with some of the most well-known and exciting companies in the world.

Our Senior Account Director is responsible for building relationships with our clients, providing them with value-added insights, and driving revenue within our accounts.
Responsibilities You position yourself as a privileged client partner thanks to your understanding of their business and as they experience your added value through analysis and strategic recommendations.
You build strategic relationships with Client Top Management (General Manager, Marketing & Digital Director) to develop knowledge of the clients' most important business issues/needs.
You participate in the growth of the revenue of your portfolio by identifying new commercial opportunities.
In close collaboration with our teams of experts, you demonstrate a sensibility to identify when Prescriptive Analytics are needed as a complement to syndicated sales data.
You participate in global contract negotiation for your accounts.
In that role you will be working with Europe Beauty SVP.
This position is focused on the Spanish market but you will also be responsible for coordinating at least one Account at the European level, driving the dynamics with colleagues from France, UK, Italy, and Germany on that account, and client's EU HQ.
Requirements High education specialized in Marketing and/or Business Administration, you have 15+ years of experience in Marketing or Market Research.
You have a strong interest in the Beauty industry and a good knowledge of the distribution panels.
Your consulting, analytical, and interpersonal skills allow you to develop long-lasting and profitable customer relationships.
You have the energy required for a continuous commercial mindset.
You have the ability to convince an audience (including high-level speakers).
Enthusiastic, passionate, curious, you enjoy teamwork.
You work effectively in a matrix and international environment.
You have a strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
You're a native Spanish speaker.
You speak and write English fluently
