What do we expect from you?You will be responsible for making CEPSA's IT department become a business-oriented organization, aligning the IT strategy with CEPSA's business strategies.
You will have to ensure that the IT organization 'does the right things' through strategy and governance, as well as 'doing things right' through organizational and operational model development and performance management.
Key responsibilities:Define and align the IT strategy with CEPSA's business strategies.Ensure the strategy is well understood and communicated within and outside the IT department, as well as kept up to date and reflected in the 5-year planning cycles.Guarantee consistency across the business line specific IT strategic plans.Manage and track KPIs to measure progress and success of the IT strategy.Own the methodology for defining IT strategy and coach the IT Business Partners in using it.Stay current with developments in new market trends and innovations in technology and the leadership of enterprise IT.Ensure a continuous external focus seeking best practices and relevant benchmarking.What are we looking for?Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology or Engineering, or equivalent.Fluent in English and Spanish.Experience in defining IT strategy for large companies - around 5 years and 8-12 or more years in IT or IT consulting.A minimum of five years of leadership responsibilities.Location: Madrid
