Job Title:Market Access and Reimbursement Head - Biologics Launch
Location:Spain Global Capability Center - Hybrid (3 days in office - 2 days home office)
Job Description:As the Market Access and Reimbursement Head - Biologics Launch you are responsible for developing and executing access strategies, engaging with national and regional payer authorities, and ensuring the availability of our products to patients for our Central European Cluster (CE-Cluster) BeNeLux, Switzerland, and Austria.
You report into the GM of the country with a dotted line into the Global Head of Rx Market Access and Pricing and will be responsible for the company's first biologic launch of Galderma.
Key ResponsibilitiesLocal Access Strategy: Identify and capture local payer stakeholder needs and implications.
Lead local adaptation of Global payer value proposition and objection handler.Local Payer-Evidence Generation Support: Collaborate on country-specific evidence requirements and economic models.
Adapt Budget Impact/Cost-Effectiveness models for local HTA/P&R assessments.Price Execution: Prepare local pricing and negotiation strategy, lead negotiations.
Maintain up-to-date pricing information and communicate with Global Pricing team.Stakeholder Engagement and Advocacy: Build relationships with key national and regional stakeholders.
Engage in discussions and negotiations for optimal market access.Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Economics, or a related field.
An advanced degree is a nice to have such as MBA or M.Sc.A broader experience in the local market access and reimbursement landscape, successfully securing pricing and reimbursement for biologic or innovative medicines ideally launching a new indication.Established network and connections with national and regional payer authorities, reimbursement agencies, and HTA bodies.Fluent English and one of the following languages: German, Dutch, or French to serve the Central European Cluster BeNeLux, Austria, and Switzerland.What we offer in returnYou will be working for an organization that embraces diversity & inclusion and believe we will deliver better outcomes by reflecting the perspectives of our diverse customer base.
