Requirements Who we're looking for We're looking for a Community Manager to join our Southern Europe (SEU) team and play a central role in designing Shares community strategy. Reporting to our General Manager of SEU and Head of Community, you will drive planning and execution of Shares' community management efforts across new and existing users to drive customer acquisition, engagement and awareness. You are passionate about digital media, show deep interest in financial and economic news and thrive at launching new projects to the moon? You see yourself as a doer, a strategist and a team leader altogether? You have thousands of disruptive events ideas you would like to test and implement to grow Shares brand exposure, value proposition and set the brand apart? Then, no doubt, we want to hear from you!
What will I be doing? Setting local community in partnership with global teamEngage with Shares local power users, creating an engagement strategy to nurture early adopters and bring local influencers on the platform.Run local events in line with the central community events playbook, adapting it over time for market localisationDevelop and manage our local ambassador squad, finding users to become volunteer hosts for events and advocates of our productBring a local flavour to our discord/forum operations, running channels such as "National/City Investing Clubs"Identify new opportunities so as our central operations can develop and improve over timeWhat do we need from you?
