Tareas We are looking for a Growth Hacker (B2C) to lead the scouting of new entrepreneurs and mentors for our different worldwide programs by implementing hacking initiatives and partnering with amplifiers.
You'll also be in charge of maintaining our community engaged (entrepreneurial ecosystem, mentors, entrepreneurs, alumni, etc.)
by connecting the stakeholders with ecosystem opportunities and events.
The role requires great interpersonal skills to work with our different stakeholders, but also an adaptable, iterative thinker who is constantly learning.
Entrepreneurs and Mentors scouting (40% time)
**Success for the role**: You create and execute a B2B strategy that helps achieve business objectives.
- Work very closely with the Relation Success team to evaluate the current needs and co-create a scouting strategy.
- Propose new initiatives to attract entrepreneurs/mentors and convert them, as well as test new approaches to capture existing demand.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team the use of our different channels to achieve your goals.
- Share your insights/findings and best practices related to scouting with the Program Managers in order to escalate the process.
- Identify, develop & optimize growth channels to drive more users.
- Put together a strategy that facilitates scouting for programs (mentors & entrepreneurs) by creating and maintaining relationships with key organizations from relevant markets. Ecosystem Community Building (25% time)
**Success for the role**: You generate partnerships with other organizations from the entrepreneurial ecosystem, keep the conversation alive, represent B4B in events and forums, are aware of key events happening, and put processes in place to maintain the relationships with other organizations.
You build a database that is alive and will allow the organization to better manage its social capital.
- Develop the tools and processes needed to consistently put together a database of allied organizations.
- Generate the spaces and processes to keep those partnerships and conversations alive.
- Ensure Bridge for Billions comes to life: participates in other initiatives, partners with other organizations, and has a voice.
- Generate initiatives that leverage those relationships by working closely with the marketing team. Community Management (35% time)

We are able to be the gate to the entrepreneurial ecosystem for them, generate networks, offer benefits, and keep them engaged and relevant.
They reach out to share their stories, they want to keep being part of our programs and are ambassadors of our brand.
- Develop the tools and processes needed to maintain our alumni community of entrepreneurs and mentors engaged.
- Generate strategies together with our impact measurement team to help better track long term impact.
- Unleash a content engine where our own users help with content creation: success stories, program experience, awards. Requisitos Hard skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Community Building, Growth, Data, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-4 years minimum experience in a similar role (preferably in a startup).
- Previous experience or knowledge of the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem.
Soft skills:

- Strong project management skills as you'll be working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
