Job Title: HRIA Analyst
Job Summary:
We are looking for skilled professionals with expertise in HR Intelligent Automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our team. The role involves designing and providing operational support for IA and AI-driven solutions and automation processes to streamline business operations, enhance efficiency, and support decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of automation technologies and AI tools. This team is a new capability being developed in ASPAC and will be a part of the Global HR Digital solutions team, building solutions for the J&J team at a global level.
Key Responsibilities:
Automation Development:
Design and implement Intelligent Automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Desktop Process Automation (Microsoft Power Platforms, JDX, Smartsheet) and Generative AI models. Coordinate in collecting and documenting automation requirements from service delivery to be provided to developers or built through citizen development approaches (e.g., Power Platform Tools, Angular Nodes, Smartsheet).
Operational Support:
Manage existing live automations and act as a subject matter expert to troubleshoot complex automation issues and build prevention plans. Analyze automation performance and work with service delivery and IT for continuous improvement. Generate, consolidate, and create metrics dashboards for automation. Monitor and triage tickets for live automation and analyze performance to provide continuous improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business stakeholders, and IT, to understand requirements and deliver tailored AI and automation solutions.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation on development processes, models, and automation workflows for future reference.
Continuous Learning:
Stay up-to-date with the latest AI and automation trends, tools, and techniques to ensure that solutions leverage cutting-edge technology and approaches.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in developing Intelligent Automation and AI-driven solutions. Experience working on different IA technologies (Microsoft Power Platforms, RPA Smartsheet, Angular Nodes, NLP, Computer Vision, Cloud platforms). Experience working in a shared services environment setting (preferred: HR Shared Services). Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics. Proficiency in developing and deploying automation bots, including integrating them into business processes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business problems into technical IA/AI solutions. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
