Cepheid, a leading innovator in molecular diagnostics, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team in the EMEA region.
As a key business partner, you will play a crucial role in delivering CRM execution and driving business process improvement across Customer Care, Field Service, and Commercial processes.

Job Summary: The Salesforce Solution Architect EMEA will be responsible for guiding businesses to optimize their processes and efficiency in Salesforce, elicit, document, and analyze requirements around business challenges, and produce data-driven solutions.
With hands-on skills and experience in different processes of the Field Service Commercial processes, this individual will support project delivery on the Salesforce platform, collaborate with IT developers and key users, and ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
This role requires expertise in Full Life Cycle SFDC implementation, including sales cloud, service cloud, CPQ, and others, as well as proven experience in an IT business-facing role.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new systems and programs quickly.
