The job in brief: Job Title: Litigation and Legal Product SpecialistWorking model: full-remote from SpainTeam: you will join the Litigation and Legal Product team within the Business Legal department, reporting to Litigation and Legal Product CounselLevel: ProfessionalLocation: Madrid, SpainContract: Permanent - full-time (EUR 36 h/week) Travel time required: average 15% needed What your impact will be: Ensuring our consumer-facing websites and apps comply with legal requirements, from content displays to the entire search and booking/purchase journey.
Developing T&Cs for our platforms, products, promotions, and competitions.
Advising on the legal requirements and framework for offering and selling online travel-related products.
Supporting in drafting and reviewing international contracts, such as but not limited to distribution and sales agreements, agency agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, non-disclosure agreements, sponsorship agreements, etc.
Overseeing commercial disputes and litigation across several jurisdictions.
Coordinating with external lawyers.
Supporting with creating and implementing efficient and scalable ways of working to enable sustainable business growth.
