System Engineer ISE The IT INF NIO Network Foundation Services Team is looking for a System Engineer to lead the implementation and development of CISCO ISE as Network Access Control infrastructure within BI, working together with other relevant Product Teams.
Tasks and Responsibilities Lead the implementation and development of CISCO ISE within BI acting as System Lead. Contribute to the successful rollout of NAC to our global sites. Participate in product, cross-product, and global discussions as the System Lead for NAC / ISE. Participate actively as a member of a global team focused on Cisco ISE and NAC. Ensure proper knowledge transfer and documentation from Product Team to 24x7 operational team. Identify and push automation where possible. Ensure that the services/systems provided by the Product Team adhere to all applicable company policies, laws, and regulations as well as to ensure that official SLC documentation is in place. Work closely with the operational team to ensure service delivery quality. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field with 5 years of experience or equivalent. Experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE). Experience and deep understanding of RADIUS clients (Cisco switch, router, and WLC). Experience and deep understanding of RADIUS supplicants (802.1x and MAB). Exposure and knowledge of automation using Python, Ansible would be a plus. High-level understanding of Azure Active Directory and MDM. Understanding of project management methodologies, especially AGILE and Waterfall. Experience working in an international and intercultural environment and availability to travel. Excellent spoken and written English. Self-driven person with excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, team collaboration, customer orientation, and teamwork.
