We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team and contribute to our continued success in the beauty industry.As a Product Owner, your main objective will be to drive the development and execution of innovative data and analytics products and strategies for our e-commerce and CMI initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Close collaboration with the Global CDMO in transversal initiatives and implementation of general guidelines.Your role will involve:Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and requirements.Focus on generating real use cases with measurable impact on the business.Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product releases.Monitor and analyze product performance, gather user feedback, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and other internal departments.Follow projects KPI via dedicated reporting & mapping.Lead and animate the Data Tribe for CMI and e-commerce populations.Lead programs for upskilling and training the populations with whom we interact, to instill a data-driven mindset and provide them with the necessary tools.Requirements for this position:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.2 to 5 years of experience in BI, Commerce or Analytics positions.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Excellent communication and cooperation skills and ability to work within cross division and cross function teams.Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer experience
