Who will you be working for?: Our partner is an international company in the field of Facility Management. Their mission: expand the finance department and manage invoices.What is this job about?: In this position as Administrative Accountant, you play a key role in administering all responsibilities related to the company's accounting and finance department.Your challenges:Invoice Management: from receipt verification to accounting.Ensure the correct payment of suppliers.Take care of the bank reconciliation.Support the financial department in their needs.Manage the creation of purchase orders.Who is this job made for?: Professionals in the field of financial administration/accounting looking to join an innovative, international team!What do you need to apply?:Language skills: Minimum C2 in French and C1 in Spanish.Minimum 2 years of experience in financial administration.Experience in invoice management.Knowledge about how to support the financial department.Experience executing payments to suppliers.Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.Extra points:Experience in NetSuite & Oracle.Minimum English B2.Experience with tax management.Accounting/Administrative Bachelor's Degree.Important: For this job you will have to relocate to Valencia, Spain!
