TareasSupply a consultative sales approach to maintaining accounts as well as acquiring new customers.Telephone management (customer support & sales).Account management, regularly updating the ERP with follow-ups.Create and manage quotations and documentation.Establish strong customer relationships by ensuring customer satisfaction through after-sales service and effective solution selling.Negotiate with suppliers, customers and distributors to maximize company profit margins.Provide hands-on customer support. RequisitosStrong customer orientation and relationship building skills.Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the IT sector.Results-oriented and dedicated to exceeding sales targets.Fluency in German is a must.Availability to work from Madrid (San Sebastian de los Reyes) - preferably resident in Madrid.Willingness to learn and understand new business/technical concepts. BeneficiosFlexible working hours.Possibility of working from home.Salary package consisting of fixed + commissions. Salary range (fixed) from 23k to 32k gross per year.
