He/She will ensure that decisions are data-driven and able to address risks and disruptions, ultimately optimizing decision-making for improved business outcomes.The GPO-IBP oversees the design and standardization of the IBP process, establishes governance and compliance measures, and facilitates cross-functional collaboration, fostering a cohesive work environment. He/She continuously evaluates and enhances the IBP process, leveraging technology and tools to support effective planning.
