Nursing Assistant (M/F)
ZorgSpectrum is looking for Nursing Assistants in the municipality of Nieuwegein in the Netherlands. ZorgSpectrum is a healthcare organisation with locations in Nieuwegein, Houten, Vianen, and Utrecht in the Netherlands. The organisation offers healthcare and support to people who experience limitations in daily life as a result of a chronic condition. This can be done at ZorgSpectrum itself, in one of the care locations, or at clients' homes.
ZorgSpectrum is looking for Nursing Assistants for its New Home sections in the following locations in the municipality of Nieuwegein: location De Dichter (small-scale living for psychogeriatric care), location Vreeswijk (individual living), and location De Geinsche Hof (individual living, small-scale living for psychogeriatric care and dual diagnosis). ZorgSpectrum New home is actually the resident's new home.
What do we offer? Salary in accordance with CLA VVT (FWG 35): € 1.960,02 - € 2.845,21;

The CLA Nursing, Care and Homecare (VVT) applies. You will get flexible working hours, a pension scheme at Pension Fund Zorg & Welzijn, you can use the bicycle plan, and may claim collective health insurance and income insurance.
What are you going to do? You will do what you are good at and why you have chosen to work in healthcare: giving residents a great day in the broadest sense of the word. You support the resident with care that they can no longer do themselves while maintaining their own control. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that residents have a good day and that contact with their loved ones is in order. You assist the nurses and the multidisciplinary team in treatment, visits, and consultations. We work methodically and based on person-oriented care. Everything is focused on the resident with everyone's own needs.
Who are you? You are someone with a good dose of enthusiasm and a big heart for healthcare. You are socially skilled, have tact, empathy, and know how to motivate and guide residents in their daily activities. We also ask the following of you:
You are a certified Nurse Assistant or Nurse or you have followed an equivalent education that proves you are qualified to perform non-complex nursing procedures;
At least three years of relevant work experience;
You are available for 36 hours per week;
You do not mind working flexible hours;
You have at least a B1-level proficiency in the Dutch language or are willing to take a language course to achieve this level. The language requirement is crucial since you will be working with people who cannot speak another language due to their condition.
