We are a multinational manufacturing company seeking a qualified candidate for the following responsibilities:
Develop the commercial and marketing strategy for the sale of Spare Parts (PR).Develop the pricing policy and margin targets to be achieved.Manage the Technical and Administration team.Advise customers on their needs in Spare Parts, accessories, and products.Manage the network for the sale of Spare Parts.Negotiate and develop Spare Parts sales with our Key Accounts and rental companies (Tender, OPEX, TCO, etc.).Have technical knowledge of spare parts (reading plans, consumables, wear parts, fluids).Analyze Spare Parts sales performance with the help of controlling.Define, promote, and lead sales campaigns (emailing, social media, etc.).Participate in various trade fairs and customer days.Be the Spare Parts referent with our factory in Germany.Centralize, analyze, and transmit improvement needs to the factory.Ensure the monitoring and development of our E-commerce platform together with the marketing responsible.Participate in the proper management of stock (rotating inventories, entry, etc.) and in the management of disputes.Collaborate with other departments: sales, after-sales service, Finance.Ensure technical monitoring and competition of products.Ensure compliance with internal procedures.Be the referent for customer relations in its service perimeter (customer satisfaction, dispute resolution).Additional Information:
