Job Description Summary As Business Operations Support EMEA you will be responsible for supporting the EMEA Industry team to provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the business operations.
You will be a member of the EMEA Industrial microbiological team, working in close collaboration with the Business Manager and with the commercial and operation support team.

Main responsibilities will include: Backoffice activity to support the business (reporting sales data, sending quotations to customers, supporting the renewal of contracts, etc.)
Support the commercial team updating customer master data & handling administrative and support tasks on Salesforce/LOTS Collaborate on the organization of events and congresses, assisting in logistics aspects & providing sales support to update the information on Salesforce Managing all CCO aspects of the VIP customers (orders follow-up, inventory checks, shipping coordination, allocations, OCAPI…) Strong communication by phone and email to address inquiries and resolve issues Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve good service level Maintain accurate demand planning forecasts as business grows and evolves.
About you Experience in a similar role Proficiency in English Self-starter, flexible, dynamic, action-oriented and driven with a hands-on mentality.
Time-management: Strong planning, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask Good understanding of Excel, data management and Microsoft Office Desirable: Knowledge of other European languages Experience in Salesforce CRM technology Experience in customer service Click on apply if this sounds like you!
