Your main responsibilities would be to:Develop lead generation initiatives coming from the sales perspective in order to improve the qualification of leads, enhancing the customer experience.Analyse and translate customer requirements into actionable plans to improve the Spanish market and the Kenjo platform.Work closely with the Account Executives and SDRs in your team to review their pipeline, coach on their strengths and increase the conversion rates.Align with all relevant departments within the company to further the strategy for Sales such as Product, Marketing and Finance.Instill a positive can-do attitude within your team towards achieving or exceeding your quarterly targets.Train and onboard your team on a continuous basis to improve their skills.Additionally, please understand that joining a startup means that you'll have an exciting opportunity to learn and grow, both on a personal and professional level. To be successful at this position, we think you should:Be a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English in written and spoken form.Have 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in the B2B SaaS area, and 1+ years of managing sales professionals directly.Communicate in a confident and friendly way, ensuring that everyone understands you clearly.Love to think in solutions rather than challenges, focusing on direct and immediate impact on revenue and growth.Have experience with CRM software such as Hubspot and other tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator, Loom, Lusha, Google Spreadsheet, etc.Be proactive and ambitious to grow personally and resonate your energy with people around you.Be passionate about the future of work and continuous learning, wanting to join us in building an exceptional team and company to have real impact in the HR space.Bonus: Previous experience in HR tech, and/or organisational development, people development or agility & digitalization.(Almost) convinced?
