This is an exciting new role within our European business and will play a vital part in our Net Zero commitment and ambitious growth strategy. You will join a Renewables business that will lead activities across several Southern European countries with our major Hub in Spain. The working environment will be international, diverse, inclusive and in growth mode. The main objectives are to develop, build and own renewable energy plants - mainly Wind Technology but also Solar, Storage and Hydro across Europe to achieve our Net Zero commitments.
As the Portfolio Management & Reporting Analyst, you will directly support the PMO Senior Manager for Southern Europe. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Leadership Team and other Country Managers to ensure efficient portfolio management, especially in development phases and in relation to internal approval processes, and reporting. You will play a key role in gathering and preparing essential business reporting materials, supporting internal approval processes, and contributing to the successful execution of project work.
Some of your main accountabilities may include: Engaging with different internal stakeholders (Project Managers, Country Managers, Technical teams, management team, etc.) to support the internal approval of projects under development and ensuring the process is undertaken in an efficient and timely manner. Collaborating with local Development and Technical teams to gather management information for the creation of comprehensive reporting materials, including papers and presentations. Providing support for the implementation of agreed-upon actions within different committees. Assisting the management team in closely monitoring business key indicators. Contributing to the enhancement of systems and processes for generating management information and reports. Offering guidance and assistance to local teams across different approval streams. What do I need? To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
Previous experience in a similar Reporting or Analytical role, within the Renewable Energy sector or a relevant project development environment would be advantageous. Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish (at least B2 level) to be able to present to Senior Management and Stakeholders. Proficiency in French or Italian would be advantageous. Abilities in continuous improvement and project management, showcasing proactive and innovative approaches both as an independent contributor and as part of a collaborative team. Familiarity with Office Package & Programming tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Power BI. Willingness to undertake local and international travel as necessary for project-related purposes.
