Job Description:
**Life as a Timesheets & Master Data Administrator at Merkle**
Come be a part of our professional, collaborative, international, and fun work environment, where everyone gets to make a difference. The purpose of this role is to deliver accurate and efficient master data processes and finance reports.
As a Timesheets & Master Data Administrator, you will:
Assist in the set-up of employees in our financial system and manage their timesheets;Create timecodes and assign them to employees' timesheets;Solve timesheets-related issues for employees and finance teams;Manage data entry in the financial system;Deliver master data maintenance processes, according to established Standard Operating Procedures and agreed SLAs;Identify improvements in the existing processes regarding data entry (automation);Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with established processes and policies;Assist in the ongoing training of end-users on how to submit timesheets, expenses, and to record absences. Qualifications:
**What we are looking for in you**
- University Bachelor's degree or higher.
- You're a recent graduate (Bachelor or Master).
- We will also consider you if you're not a recent graduate but are looking for a career switch.
- 0 - 2 years of professional work experience.
- Very good level of English.
- Proactive with effective communication skills.
- Logical thinker with an eye for detail.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge of Navision, JetReport & Workfront would be a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
