The Time and Attendance team of Schneider Electric is part of the HR Systems and Employee Experience division. This department is responsible for the following streams and solutions:Stream 1: Kronos DimensionsStream 2: Oracle Fusion HCM OTL and AbsenceYou will be responsible for the ongoing implementation and stability of the Time & Attendance program, ensuring future-proof solutions to our stakeholders. You will be functionally reporting to the Senior General Manager.What will you do?Conduct in-depth analysis of technical issues related to the Kronos applications and provide timely resolutions.Hands-on experience with the integrations.Excellent ability to learn and deliver in a very short period and can work on multiple projects.Ensure that the team's backlog aligns with the roadmap.Collaborate with various teams.Collaboration with other Product Owners and ensure the solution is not impacting other areas.Prioritize user stories to drive the program.Utilize product and domain knowledge to guide enhancements, maintenance, and efficiency improvements.Provide valuable insights to inform product decisions.Ensure the technical integrity of the solution being developed.What qualifications will make you successful for this role?Required:Minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) applications and strong understanding of the technical architecture.Masters of Science (MS) or Bachelor of Science (BS) or Associates (AS) degrees in Applied Science, Computing, Engineering, or IT.Creating comprehensive system blueprints and diagrams to visualize the architecture.Selecting appropriate technologies, platforms, and frameworks to support the desired functionalities and scalability of the system.Presenting technical proposals and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.Minimum 3 implementations on HCM applications for enterprise customers.Experience in working in a highly matrixed environment.Must have experience in developing API and file-based integrations.Excellent oral and communication skills.Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio.Fluency in English.Preferred:High level of attention to detail.Strong time management skills
