Mission
We're seeking a dynamic TikTok Specialist to spearhead our TikTok Shop project with L'Oréal, driving Social Commerce through influencer engagement and strategic content management. This hybrid role requires experience across Influencer Marketing, Social Media Management, and Community Management on TikTok. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in working with TikTok influencers, managing TikTok-specific metrics, and delivering on both content and sales objectives.
Requirements Job Functions Key Responsibilities Influencer Relations: Build and manage relationships with Social Sellers (influencers) who promote products through TikTok Shop. Offer guidance, resources, and support to maximize their engagement and sales effectiveness.
Content Strategy & Management: Develop and implement content proposals for TikTok, focusing on trending formats and relevant Social Commerce practices. Manage the L'Oréal account, curate content, and ensure seamless platform operations, including comprehensive performance reporting.
Community Management: Act as the main point of contact for Social Sellers, responding to platform-related questions, resolving issues, and maintaining an engaging, informative presence.
KPIs & Analytics: Monitor and analyze TikTok content and sales KPIs, presenting actionable insights to optimize campaign outcomes and align with growth targets.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications Experience in TikTok: Ideally has worked directly with TikTok or TikTok creators, or managed a brand presence on the platform.
Influencer Marketing or Social Commerce: 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social media, ideally with exposure to affiliate programs.
Technical Proficiency: Familiar with TikTok's tools and features, and preferably has experience with affiliate programs and credits-based platforms.
Skills: Strong understanding of community management, social media content creation, and trend analysis, with proven experience reporting social metrics and managing account performance.
