They provide business planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimise their operational efficiency.
Role Overview: The Logistics Solution Manager will focus on overseeing the ecommerce logistics network setup and operation in the target country, including courier delivery, fulfilment warehouse, reverse logistics, buyer-seller service, and policy.
Your Responsibilities: Be responsible for target country logistics planning and solution design.Launch the system and business infrastructure and solution to enable the e-commerce business.Define both short-term and long-term strategy and optimal process to gain better performance for platform, merchants, consumers, and creators.Solutions include, but are not limited to, local warehousing, network design, carrier management, transport, fulfilment service, and policy design, logistics procurement, etc.Coordinate with internal and external teams, resources, and channels, ensuring the design solution is launched with high quality to grow our ecosystems in the target country.Minimum Qualifications: E-commerce logistics and supply chain working experience and background.Experience launching business, building from 0 to 1.Seller-facing or seller business ownership experience, with a strong understanding of how to use logistics to grow seller business.Data-driven mindset with strong data analysis skills.Deep understanding of the European market and e-commerce users.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree with significant experience in program or product management roles.Systematic understanding of systems and technology.Proficiency in German or Spanish languages is a plus but not required to better support European customers and service partners.
