About the teamThe Supply Chain and Logistics team plays a vital role in ensuring a strong and efficient supply chain and logistics infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global expansion.
They provide business planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimise their operational efficiency.
Your role:Be responsible for target country logistics planning and solution design, launch the system and business infrastructure and solution to enable the e-commerce business.Define both short-term and long-term strategy and optimal process to gain better performance for platform, merchants, consumer, creators.Solution includes but not limited to warehousing, network design, carrier management, transport, fulfilment service and policy design, logistics procurement etc.Coordinate with internal and external team, resource and channels, ensure the design solution is launched with high quality to grow our ecosystems in target country.Qualifications:Minimum QualificationsE-commerce Logistics and supply chain working experience and background.Have experience launch business, building from 0 to 1.Have seller facing or seller business ownership experience, understand well how to use logistics to grow seller business; also have deep understanding of buyer experience point view of logistics solution and function.Data driven mindset, strong on data analysis.Fluency in English, knowing European market ecommerce & supply chain landscape.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree, with significant experience in program or product management roles.Have a systematic understanding of systems and technical tools.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
