About the team
The Commerce team is looking for a talented graduate to join their dynamic department. The Commerce team includes key areas, such as, Creator Operations, Category Operations, and Business planning and Operations. The successful candidate will be placed in one of these specialised teams, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to impactful projects that drive business success. Responsibilities- Collaborate across various functions and stakeholders to design effective strategies that drive business growth.- Track key performance indicators, identifying opportunities and risks, and offering actionable insights.- Work with cross-functional teams to set and review short- and long-term business goals, while regularly assessing performance and recommending improvement strategies.

Minimum requirements- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with an expected graduation date in 2025.- Must be available to start in January, May or September 2025 in Madrid.- Strong sense of responsibility and innovation, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.- Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience in managing projects.- Proficient in English for professional use. Preferred requirements:- Bachelor's degree or higher, with relevant internship experience.- Familiarity with business models of content-based platforms or digital services.- Additional languages are a plus, with strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills in a global environment.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth setting.
