Team Intro The Strategy Operation team plays a core role in identifying strategic opportunities and achieving business goals through quantitative analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities Collaborate with category managers to design category operation strategies (e.g., fashion, beauty, home & living, electronics, etc.), including merchants, products, and content strategies that help business scale up.Analyze seller segments, optimizing short video and live streaming strategies according to merchant features.Analyze product selection strategies, optimizing product selection according to user preferences, supply-chain, and platform features.Optimize business SOP of operation, problem diagnosis, and solutions in the category; build best practices and playbooks to help merchants adopt verified strategies.Qualifications Requirements Bachelor degree or above, 5+ years experience in e-commerce business strategy and operation, or in consulting and operation management.Good understanding of e-commerce, especially in fashion, beauty, and home & living industries.Knowledge about business models of content platforms is preferred (TikTok, YouTube, IG, etc.).Excellent logical analysis ability and data-sensitive; strong user perspectives, and willing to use internet products to improve the operational efficiency of the business.Fluent in English and Spanish; cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills, working cross-functionally in a global working environment.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
