Responsibilities:Lead shift operations, ensuring efficient handling of network incidents and escalations.Develop documentation, processes, and handbooks for L1 and L2 teams to handle alerts and incidents.Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers in best practices for network management.Ensure network performance, stability, and security through proactive monitoring and configuration reviews.Handle critical incidents and perform root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.Job requirements:Juniper certification (JNCIP or higher) required.Extensive experience with network operations and incident management.Experience in managing firewall policies and resolving configuration problems.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Knowledge of both NOC and SOC operations, with a focus on security integration.Ability to work on a rotating shift basis.Willing to work on-site in Taytay, Rizal.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Mathematics, Science & Technology, or equivalent.Details: On-site in Taytay, Rizal.
