With digitalization, Siemens Mobility is enabling mobility operators worldwide to make infrastructure intelligent, increase value sustainably over the entire lifecycle, enhance passenger experience and guarantee availability.We would like to get onboard a Site Manager for our HOME Market, responsible for ensuring the installation of electrical components and equipment in conformance to quality standards.Area of ResponsibilityTechnically correct performance of electrical installation work.Quality and up-to-dateness of documentation for the installation of electrical components (installation records).Carry out a study of the conditions of the Project in terms of time and resources required, collaborating with the Project Manager for the approval of the Work Plan by the Client.Review the material required for the execution of the Work, prior to its commencement.Launch and carry out the work.Carry out the layout of the project.Adapt plans to the reality of the land.Attend meetings with the client or technical assistance and their superior.Control the application and compliance with the Quality, Health and Safety and Environment Plans.Control and data collection of the final situation of the installations.Support in personnel coordination by the Subcontractors and the staff of Siemens R.A.Management and coordination of the subcontractors present on the site, in terms of the work carried out, quality control and carrying out of measurements to certify the work.Support in management related to the Work Teams.Carry out requests to the Client, Technical Assistance and/or the operator of the installation for commissioning or other needs.Negotiate and approve changes that may be generated in the Work within the expense limits established by Siemens R.A. and always with the express authorization of your superior.Make follow-up reports.Prepare meeting minutes that reflect the established agreements.Manage and control the legal documentation necessary for the launch of the work (Health and Safety plan, application for the opening of work centres, prior notice, etc.
).Support the project manager in risk and claim management by detecting and assessing project-related risks and opportunities and, where applicable, developing suggestions to minimize risks and use opportunities.RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in a railway signaling company as a Site Manager.Technical knowledge of signaling systems with experience in national projects (valuable international).Experience in global interaction with customers/partners/providers from multiple countries.
