The Thought Leader Liaison, US Metabolic (TLL) role is a senior field-based position within the US commercial organization that will focus on commercial KOL relationship engagement, promotional speaker development, attendance to key conferences, support the execution of promotional HCP programs, partner with the diagnostics team, and aid in the execution of non-personal promotion initiatives. Time in this role will be dedicated to Hypophosphatasia. The position will report to the Director of TLLs and be part of the US Metabolic Marketing team.
The geography is down to Baltimore over to Philly and Northeast area.
You will be responsible for: Partner with marketing and medical to identify physician speakers to deliver approved MLR promotional slide decksDevelop physician speakers to provide high-quality promotional educationMonitor speaker performance at programsProvide field-based training on speaker programs when neededSupport on-label conversations when neededExecute physician engagement activities in the field and key congressesExecute non-personal promotion initiatives leveraging dataCompliant collaboration with the Regional Field TeamMarketing Strategy: Work with cross-functional teams and marketing team to provide key customer insights and input on strategy, tactics, messaging, and program executionDiagnostic Strategy: Work with cross-functional teams and diagnostic team to provide key customer insights and input on strategy, tactics, messaging, and program executionCompliance & Integrity: Work with the highest degree of professionalism and in accordance with the company's code of Ethics and Business ConductYou will need to have: 7 years' work experience in academia, medical or bio/pharmaExperience in a combination of one or more of the following areas: product marketing, field sales, clinical, nurse practitioner, or thought leader engagementSolid understanding of Thought Leader engagement practicesClinical, technical, and scientific knowledge and proficiency in complex disease statesDemonstrated ability to execute against strategic and tactical plans under short timelinesProven ability to lead a large geographical territoryValid driver's license and clean driving recordTravel requirements: Willing to travel >50% of the time including considerable overnight and weekend travelThe duties of this role are generally conducted in a field environment.
