Your role and work environment:We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer processes and Third-party relationship specialist to join our Sourcing & Provider Team of Operational Management.
The responsibility of this team is holistic management of third parties and the services they provide us with to support our back office activities, with a special focus on their accurate performance and our way of working is based on the creation of trusting and quality relationships with our partners and internal stakeholders from an empowered team in which accountability and a good working environment are our pillars.
Your key responsibilities:As a Customer processes and Third-Party Relationship Specialist (temporary), you will:
Positively contribute to the maintenance of an optimal and trusting environment with internal stakeholders and third parties (local and intragroup providers).Co-create quick solutions to unexpected problems in daily life.Ensure the continuity of our outsourced processes in accordance with legal, business, financial and CX requirements.What are we looking for?Want to know if this job is made for you?

High motivation to learn quickly about outsourced activities of different nature and to propose process improvements linked to customer experience, business growth, operational and cost efficiency.Ease of integration in multidisciplinary teams.Passion for the customer, both internally in the provision of support to internal areas that seek excellence, and externally in the proposal of solutions that make the customer's life easier and drive business conversion.Organization and planning.
