The Transformation Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Clinical Therapists to join our growing team. We are hiring for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions, with opportunities to work with both adolescent and adult clients. Our team provides services Monday through Saturday, with some evening hours available.
As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to a diverse caseload, including individuals and families facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, trauma, eating disorders, and family conflict. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team dedicated to holistic client care.
Key Responsibilities: Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based treatments. Conduct intake evaluations and assessments. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with policies and regulatory standards. Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, contributing to case conceptualization and treatment planning. Collaborate with community professionals and agencies to ensure continuity of care. Engage in clinical supervision and seek feedback to enhance professional practice. Assist with milieu management and other clinical duties as needed. Qualifications: Education: Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Licensure/Certifications: Pre-licensed and licensed candidates are welcome to apply. Experience: At least one year of clinical experience preferred, with two years being ideal. Skills & Abilities: Strong assessment, therapy, and counseling skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team and work within a fast-paced environment. Ideal Candidates Will: Have a growth mindset and be open to navigating a company transition. Exhibit a professional demeanor and grounded approach to client care. Be receptive to coaching and supervision, continually striving for personal and professional development. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in handling varied duties and responsibilities. Physical Requirements: Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and perform sedentary work, with occasional walking, standing, and physical activities required. Work Environment: Work is primarily performed in an office setting, which may include exposure to disruptive individuals.
