Job PositionFor their office in Barcelona, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for their German customer base.
TasksTelephone sales to a defined customer base (no new customer acquisition/ no cold calling)Cultivation, expansion, and renewal of existing customer contactsActive demand/business needs generation with the aim of selling the entire product portfolioConducting/executing sales campaignsDocumentation of essential conversation content in the CRM system and offer trackingContact existing and assigned customers from the region to sell the whole company product portfolio including licenses, support, services, and trainingIdentify new opportunities with existing customersGenerate the quote, negotiate with customers, and close the dealHandle subscription renewals for the region and assigned customers, coordinating with Sales Account Managers and CM to achieve target renewal rates as set by the CMPreparation of quotations and offersSource new sales opportunities, understanding customer needs through consultative sellingIdentify key players and generate interest, being able to remove competition where neededTight collaboration with field sales, closing meetings for them and providing sales support when neededFollow up implementation and service delivery to ensure invoicing of servicesRequirementsCompleted commercial educationComfortable on the phone with experience in B2B sales (SaaS background is a plus but not required)Personality with persistence and very convincing telephone and communication skills, as well as excellent negotiating skillsNative German and good English skills written and spokenBenefitsBe part of a stable and growing companyWork in a multicultural environmentMarket-based basic salary with bonus schemeGrowth opportunities
