Key Role DeliverablesPricing of change ordersMeasurement of client design drawings with a particular focus on earthworks, underground services, (reinforced concrete and formwork)Dealing with subcontractor orders and general paperworkManagement of companies cost ledger in respect of a Joint Venture arrangementProcurement of materials including, pipework, chambers, pumps etc.Dealing with client queries related to scope of worksGood understanding of BoQ and SoWAny other reasonable requests as required for the businessDevelop longterm and mutually beneficial relationships with clientsIncrease the possibility of repeat businessKeeping in-step with the needs and concerns of your client resulting in client satisfactionAny other reasonable requests from managementIt is expected that all of your behaviours and day to day activities will be underpinned by the blu-3 company core values.
Minimum Qualifications/ ExperienceDemonstrable experience in a Quantity Surveying roleDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similarAccredited by (RICS) and or (CIOB)Experience within the civils and utilities sectorEssential and Desirable SkillsExcellent organisational and communication skillsStrong commercial, environmental and contractual awarenessTeam player, who has the ability to self-start and work independentlyEnthusiasm and a positive attitudeWe believe in embracing difference and we are committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce.
