Keep reading to learn more about this amazing challenge!TASKS:Designing and executing the framework for providing on-demand group training from the Learning Portfolio.Consulting with the customer to understand their learning needs and assess their knowledge maturity on Learning topics.Defining an appropriate curriculum and learning plan based on customers' learning needs.Working with the Content Publishing and Communication teams to design and review learning materials.Packaging necessary learning materials and handing them over to the Enablement team and Go-to-User Organization for execution, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.SKILLS:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development/Psychology, or other related fields.2+ years of experience in learning and development.Good understanding of Microsoft 365-related technologies.Ability to:Design curriculum, courses and learning materials.Conduct virtual and in-person trainings.Plan and execute events.Interact with multiple stakeholders.Fluent English.Added Advantage: E-Learning Design and Development Skills; Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Learning Experience Platforms.Soft Skills: User-centric mindset; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent organizational and project management skills.SCHEDULE:08/09h-17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible) - 4 days by remote | 1 day on-siteCONDITIONS:Salary package based on your profile.Permanent Contract.Ticket restaurant included in-office hours.Flexible Retribution Program (medical insurance, public transport ticket and childcare check).Discounts on gym network (Gympass).Learning & Development - Our goal is that you are well in every way!
