This role involves a strategic position based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, where you will serve as a key player in enhancing our risk management practices and overall P± efficiency.Your Role and Responsibilities- Strategic Analysis & Guidance: Provide analytical findings and recommendations for P± activities, such as business plan preparation, performance tracking, and analysis, as well as accountability reporting.- Special Studies & Project Leadership: Conduct and lead P&PM-related; studies, develop performance initiatives, create business cases, and conduct benchmarking. You will also be responsible for managing risk, redesigning measurements, processes, workflows, and implementing information system changes.- Leadership & Mentorship: Offer supervision, coordination, and mentorship in P± analytical practices, ensuring the execution of tasks by P± personnel aligns with our high standards.- Additional Responsibilities: Carry out related staff and analytical duties as required, contributing to the team's overall success.For Risk Professionals:- Serve as the principal advisor on risk management, embedding efficiency and effectiveness in P± practices.- Identify and resolve gaps in governance and control environments, and support the development of risk management training plans.- Review proposals for major initiatives to ensure they meet risk management requirements.Requirements:- This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.- A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in P&PM.; - Advanced business degree (e.G., MBA) or relevant professional certification (e.G., CMA, CFA, CPA) is highly preferred.For Risk Professionals:- Bachelor's degree in risk management or related discipline
