Job DescriptionPosition Purpose: You are responsible for hypothesis testing on the asset productivity performance for plastic pallets.
The aim is to test methodology and process in order to define a more efficient asset management for plastic pallets.
At the same time, you will improve the % FTR performance of the chosen segment of locations.
Major/Key Accountabilities:Manage different collection request methodologies, aligned with pre-defined hypotheses.Perform data analytics on locations, stocks, and previous call campaigns.Direct contact with locations in multiple countries, requiring multiple language capability, in order to collect plastic pallets or to lead conversations on the gap between SAP stock & flows and the lack of collections.Execute and/or coordinate follow-up on corrective actions based on the outcome of these calls.Coordinate actions with colleagues in different functions/regions.Deliver an assessment on the success rate of the tested methodologies and co-determine the best practice to implement.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors
Experience: Minimum 2 years of regular customer conversations by phone.
Pallet service offers knowledge.
Experience with looking at reports, interpreting data, and translating this into action.
Familiar with E & D stock & flows in SAP.
Skills and Knowledge:Language capability is key.Knowledge of SAP stock and flows.Gets energy from customer contact by phone.Good analytical and questioning skills.
Excel knowledge.Works autonomously, persisting, determined to solve/succeed.Agile, can change between approaches, learning quickly.Can go from micro level to helicopter view.Languages:Essential: Spanish and English are a must.
Desirable: German, French, or Dutch.
Preferred Education:Bachelors - Business Administration/Management
Preferred Level of Work Experience:1 - 3 years
