Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice is engaged in the production of starters, air dampers and valves, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR), and innovative electric generators for hybrid vehicles, as well as the regeneration of alternators, starters, dual mass flywheels, and compressors for car air-conditioning.
Valeo Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice has its own modern research and development center which provides innovative solutions for car manufacturing.
Currently, for our entity Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice, we recruit a Test & Validation Team Leader for LV products (expertise / functional testing).
YOUR CHALLENGES: Technical lead of LV testing/expertise (LV products: PLA, eSC, EGR valve, air throttle).
Defines the LV product test strategy based on Customer and Valeo standards and specifications.
Supports the project team for compatibility matrix & risk analysis, with contribution from the product family validation standard owner.
Documents Design Validation plan including functional & environmental validation test plan.
Plans & quotes with the R&D PTM all necessary actions to run the design validation (characterization, reliability), potential external test costs.
Coordinates all product integrations and validation activities (functional, system, environmental, mechanics).
Development of test equipment to align with requirements.
Manage validation staff (~6 persons).
JOIN OUR TEAM IF YOU HAVE: Master's degree in Engineering.
Proficiency in English and Polish.
Minimum 3 years experience in the testing field.
Willingness to work with international teams.
Very good written and verbal communication skills.
Very good Electro-Mechanical principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability for creative thinking.
