Job Description: At Airbus Defense and Space, the domain 'Integration Test & Analysis' (TEYVA) in Getafe (Spain) is looking for additional staff in the perimeter of Flight Physics and Air Vehicle Integration area supporting cross-program activities. The successful applicant will become part of TEYVA-TL4 team and will report to its manager, Mr. José Luis Jaraiz.
The COC 'Flight & Integration Test Center' in the engineering cluster 'Aircraft and Systems' from Airbus Defense and Space is responsible for the planning, preparation and implementation of all integration test activities at subsystem, system and A/C level as well for analyzing test data and reporting results and providing the necessary evidences. In addition, it develops, produces, qualifies and supplies all the test means necessary to carry out all types of tests; not only for the integration tests under its own responsibility, but also to support the self-test activities in the early development phase or to carry out hardware and software tests before its integration.
As of today, the main customers are the current aircraft programs A330 MRTT, A400M, C295, Eurofighter and Tornado, but in the very near future EuroMale, SIRTAP, NGF and FCAS will also be part of it.
We are currently looking for a Test Engineer for the Spanish perimeter of TEYVA at Getafe site, who will help us to prepare, support, execute, analyze and report all related integration test activities on system and A/C level for flight physics and air vehicle integration scope, in accordance with the requirements of the program-specific V&V plans, in a technical work environment with continuously increasing complexity.
