Dive into the heart of tech innovation as our Mid-Level IT Software Test Designer, where you'll orchestrate the full spectrum of test projects with precision and creativity. Your mission: to craft, execute, and refine test cases that ensure our software stands up to the demands of a global market.
Job Description
Overseeing all aspects of test management, ensuring our software meets the highest standards
Designing effective test cases that accurately gauge software performance and quality
Assisting and supporting in the execution of test cases, conducting tests when necessary
Collaborating with our development team and business team to refine and improve testing processes
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our test strategies and methods
Leading defect identification and resolution processes
Experience & Further Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent expertise
At least 2-3 years of experience in test management
Proven experience in designing and executing test cases
A hands-on approach, with a willingness to conduct tests when needed
Strong analytical thinking and structured way of working
Strong English communication skills (min. B2)
Good Spanish communication skills
Knowledge of the ISTQB Model would be an advantage
Experience with international and intercultural teams
