Test Designer

Job DescriptionOverseeing all aspects of test management, ensuring our software meets the highest standardsDesigning effective test cases that accurately gauge software performance and qualityAssisting and supporting in the execution of test cases, stepping on to conduct tests when necessaryCollaborating with our development team and business team to refine and improve testing processesContributing to the continuous improvement of our test strategies and methodsLead defect identification and resolution processesExperience & Further QualificationsDegree in Computer Science or equivalent expertiseAt least 2-3 years of experience in test managementProven experience in designing and executing test casesA hands-on approach, with a willingness to conduct tests when neededStrong analytical thinking and structured way of workingStrong English communication skills (min.
