We are owned by 34 automotive companies like Bosch, Continental, Rheinmetall, or ZF and proudly connect all data for them. Become a colleague (m/w/d) today and continue our history of being a single source of truth data provider for the automotive aftermarket for the past 25 years.
The process solution area is in a transition phase from manual to automatic testing. We are searching for an experienced and motivated professional to support us in ensuring quality while we journey towards high automation coverage in our interdisciplinary software development teams. You will be part of a small overarching enabler team together with the department's Software Architect.
Your main responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy for all products within the process solution area.
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites, building on top of existing frameworks and tools.
Integrate test executions into our CI/CD pipelines.
Become a catalyst for change by driving the adoption of automated testing and fostering a proactive shift-left mindset within our agile teams.

Your profile:
Profound experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation within an agile product development environment.
Motivation to encourage and accompany change.
Structured, analytical work attitude and out-of-the-box thinking.
Strong communicator & facilitator – you bring people together to achieve a joined goal.
English Proficiency: Strong command of the English language. Any additional language is a plus.
Our tech stack is big, so the more you bring to the table, the better:

Experience with Cloud and Serverless technologies (AWS, Azure).

Proficiency in API testing.
Proficiency with tools like Postman, SoapUI, Fiddler.
SQL server knowledge.
Experience with XML related technologies (XML, XSD, XSLT).

Unit test and code coverage experience welcomed.
Proficiency in C# and TypeScript.

Benefits:

All our contracts are by default unlimited (probation period is six months).
Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.

Structured Onboarding: you receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal.
Set-up: for this, we will provide you with a tailored tech set-up (notebook, headset, backpack) if you are working in an office, and for remote workers, we have an extended set-up.
Vacation: 30 working days a year.
? Balance job & life: Flexible working hours: you decide where and when you work.
OKRs instead of micromanagement: our OKRs ensure that our leadership style is based on results, not the process. In other words, we practice extreme ownership.
Culture: We value ownership, cooperation, entrepreneurial thinking & self-reflection to communicate effectively as ONE team. Team culture is Key! We have fun at work and beyond: There is always something to celebrate and regular team events.
Come as you are - do you prefer T-shirts over a shirt? Great.
Your contribution matters: shape our value-driven culture and agile transformation together with your colleagues – we´re curious, want to go one step further, build further trust together, and join forces to tackle our challenges as a team.
