Job Purpose Summary: We are looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Representative to act as the primary sales contact for Corza Medical's Wound Closure portfolio, focusing on our barbed suture brand. You will be responsible for driving growth, maintaining existing sales, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with key hospital departments and medical professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence. The assigned territory will be North Eastern Spain as well as the Balearics. The candidate should reside in Barcelona or vicinity. What you will do: Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Territory Sales Representative will act as the primary sales contact between the company and our customers. Responsible for maintaining existing sales and generating additional sales of our barbed suture brand and other Wound Closure Corza brands. Responsible for meeting or exceeding territory quota and sales growth objectives. Responsible for presenting and selling Corza Medical Wound Closure portfolio with emphasis on the barbed suture brand. Measured on successful evaluations, conversions, and revenue growth within hospital targets. Primary hospital targets include orthopaedic and plastic surgical departments. Develop and implement tactical sales plans for expanding base business and new sales conversion opportunities. Conduct competitive cross-referencing, in servicing, and training support to surgeons and scrub nurses
