Position: Territory Manager – Eastern Spain About the Role We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Territory Manager to drive market development and patient access in Eastern Spain . In this critical role, you will work closely with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to promote an innovative treatment solution that transforms the lives of patients requiring endoscopic lung volume reduction. By building strong local networks and delivering impactful training and education, you will play a vital role in achieving revenue growth while improving patient outcomes. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams across Europe to execute key initiatives and expand adoption in the region. Key Responsibilities Territory Development: Implement strategic plans to maximize patient access and meet or exceed sales targets in your region. Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with pulmonologists, thoracic surgeons, nurses, and other key stakeholders. Deliver training to ensure optimal use of the treatment solution. Account Management: Identify and target high-potential accounts, develop tailored action plans, and promote key centers of excellence to facilitate patient pathways. Market Insights: Collect and report market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and emerging opportunities, providing valuable insights to leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, clinical, and sales teams to execute education programs and clinical initiatives effectively. Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards. What We're Looking For Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of thoracic and pulmonary interventional procedures. Experience with COPD treatment pathways and interventional medical devices (preferred). Proven ability to deliver in-service training and procedural support. Professional Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders. Proven success in sales or business development, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Personal Attributes: Passion for improving patient outcomes and delivering impactful solutions. Self-starter with adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
