Western Union powers your pursuit. In this field account management role, we'll be looking for you to maximize opportunities for the generation of profitable revenue by managing business development activities with our existing agents in your territory.
Role ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of existing accounts (agents) within your territory and increase sales from these agents.Monitor performance, suggest, and implement initiatives to drive same-store sales.Be responsible for meeting/exceeding sales quota/targets across the territory increasing same-store sales.Make regular visits to high-performing locations, identify and address issues within the current network.Be accountable for meeting productivity targets and overall revenue of all locations within the territory.Work with your colleagues in Sales, Operations, Credit Risk Management, and Marketing to ensure the best service to your territory.Role RequirementsPrevious experience in outside sales or servicing of customer products.Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.Experience in a field-based account management role.Ability to present and listen to your agents and build trust and confidence with them.Organization, written and verbal communication skills, and the utmost attention to detail.Ability to work individually, or collaborate with others in a global, fast-paced environment, dealing with ambiguity, making quick decisions, and managing tight timelines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Valid driver's license.We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
