We are seeking a Territory Manager that will enjoy engaging with both clinical and administrative hospital staff. You will understand their needs and build long-lasting connections through a consultative sales approach. After a comprehensive 7-week training program, you will visit units where open and laparoscopic surgeries are performed, including electrosurgery, colorectal, bariatric, gynecology, urology, and orthopedics. You will engage in peer-level conversations with surgeons and nurses to propose solutions. This is a dynamic field position, where you will be responsible for a dozen hospitals and clinics in the area of Vizcaya, Burgos, and Palencia. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager, and you will be in regular contact with the rest of the sales team in Spain and your colleagues in the Netherlands (our European Headquarters). Main Responsibilities: Identify key stakeholders per product segment and manage relationships autonomously. Our CRM tool will help you organize your appointments. Demonstrate the use of our products to doctors, practice staff, and nurses during planned surgeries, with the support of digital content. Meet or exceed quota expectations as established by product segment. Create effective business plans and approach strategies with your (regional) Sales Manager. Work closely together with international colleagues in our European HQ on tenders (licitationes publicas ), price quotations, order samples, and customer requests. Keep up with the latest clinical data and communicate this information to health professionals. Requirements: Bachelor's or University degree level. Affinity with the medical and surgical environment, preferably as a trained nurse, product specialist, sales representative, or marketing professional. Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish. Good oral and written communication skills in English. You live in Bilbao, or the surrounding area. Close enough?
